AVEX Production Ltd. was incorporated (insertion No. 10737/L) on 14th November 1997. The company has 100% Slovak capital participation.
Stability and economic growth of AVEX Production is insured by standing structure of owners and management in the long term.

Company has started its manufacture activity since it was founded until 2001, at OTF Inc.´s rented production area in Oravská Lesná, since 2001. In July 2001 company bought during competitive examinations OTF Inc.´s complex. Immediately after achieving these areas was started cooperation with our strategic partners i.e. Vossloh-Schwabe and SONY Slovakia (Trnava). In 2002 major reconstruction and finishing of production areas started. The reason was expanding of production areas and connecting of each single building. With finishing this reconstruction we achieved nearly 6500 m² of production areas, which fulfill basics requirements of our strategic business partners.

    Since 2002 our partners´ requirements extended from capacity, on fulfilling environmental requirements of constructing electronic modules. These requirements means exclusion unwanted substances from production process (plumbum, cadmium). Result from reaching SONY´s environmental requirements was achieving "Green partner" certificate. This helps us to fulfill environmental requirements of our other business partners Vossloh-Schwabe and Samsung Electronics Slovakia (Galanta).
