Production Capacities

Avex deals with development, construction, technological preparedness and manufacturing of electronics, whereby offering of these services is orientated mainly on world leading electronics manufacturers.

Particular specialisation depends on our strategy partners´ product orientation that is in influential measure realised on European market. At the present times, we are actively cooperating with Panasonic Electric Works Vossloh-Schwabe GmbH, SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS SLOVAKIA and SONY SLOVAKIA.

The delivering of these services (solutions) for mentioned customers puts extreme demands on Avex from technical equipment point of view and from the employees´ qualification and abilities point of view.

For the purposes of successful dealing with these extreme requirements of our customers, Avex is equipped with state of the art technical equipment, mostly with automatic machines (axial and radial insertion of electronic components) UNIVERSAL, but mainly, production facility is equipped with SMT lines FUJI NXT (SMT stands for Surface mounting technology), wave soldering systems SOLTEC (also called DIP) using lead-free soldering technology. Obvious inspection equipment consists of SPI station (Soldering paste inspection) and AOI station (Automated optical inspection).
