Production Capabilities

We put quality above everything else, and offer the latest production techniques backed by staff that are fully trained to strict different international industrial standards. We offer a full range of production techniques including SMT and THT mounting, coating and potting technologies and various production-related testing options.

SMT (SURFACE MOUNT TECHNOLOGY)

Our eight SMT assembly lines (6x Fuji NXT, 2x Fuji AIMEX) are able to place all current SMT component types (including BGA, μBGA, CSP, QFP, QFN, etc.) from a component size of 01005 or a fine pitch of 0,3 mm, respectively. For the best quality control of SMD assemblage we use state-of-the-art 3D AOI (automated optical inspection) systems (SAKI) assuring inspection according to IPC-A-610. Every assembly line is also equipped with SPI (solder paste inspection) station (SAKI). Also we are offering full traceability . Our newest SMT line based on Fuji AIMEX is able to assembly PCBs up to 150 cm. The line includes XXL loader, inline screen printer, XXL SPI and XXL AOI stations.

THT (THROUGH HOLE TECHNOLOGY)

For assemblage of THT components we are utilizing axial and radial A/I machines. The soldering of wired components is done by two wave soldering systems (2x Soltec). For the assembly of special components that are not suitable for standard automated processes (due to design or special properties), we are equipped with SMT/BGA rework station (ERSA) and several manual work stations for soldering. If needed, we are offering selective soldering. Also, we are able to assembly eyelets.

TESTING

We are offering development and building of ICT adapters, functional testers, high voltage adapters and burn in testers.

OTHER CAPABILITIES

Avex offers potting, coating, labels printing, 2D labels laser engraving, production of solder frames, leaded or lead free soldering, selective soldering. Recently, we have purchased state of the art X-ray from Nordson. For demanding applications, we are offering reflow soldering in vacuum oven.
